Digital codes can be delivered quickly, but a code for the wrong platform or region may not work. Use this checklist before placing an order.
Eight checks before payment
- Platform: Is the code for Steam, PlayStation, Xbox, or another service?
- Region: Can it be redeemed on your account? Read the region information.
- Edition: Is it the standard edition, a deluxe edition, or an add-on? Compare what is included.
- Account requirement: Is the item a code or access to an account? They are not the same.
- Delivery: Is the delivery method and expected timing clear?
- Seller details: Are the seller history and listing description consistent?
- Refund terms: What is the policy for a code that has been revealed or redeemed?
- Records: Keep order and message records until any issue is resolved.
If something seems wrong
Stop if a seller asks you to move off-platform, share your password, or send the code first. If listing terms are unclear, request a written explanation from support before paying.
Publisher and platform rules can change. Review the official terms for the service where the code will be redeemed and the refund policy of the store where you buy it.
