In an October 7, 2026 post, PlayStation Blog introduced Phoenix Cyclops as the first DLC character in the Year 1 Pass for MARVEL Tōkon: Fighting Souls. The post says he arrives on November 2 and includes “Classic” and “Legacy” costumes.
What the character preview highlights
PlayStation calls out Cyclops’ Optic Blast attacks and Phoenix Force mechanics. This is an early description of his fighting style, not enough information to predict competitive balance, every move value, or changes that could arrive in later updates.
